1st Course

  • 2015 Chardonnay Tasting Notes | Sourced From The Sonoma Growing Region In California.  Its Time In Neutral Oak Leaves It With A Smooth Clean Finish.  Notes Of Vanilla And Stone Fruit On The Nose, And A Smooth Papaya Fruit Finish

2nd Course

  • PETIT BEEF TENDERLOIN Celery Root Pave Potatoes| Macerated Blackberries| Wilted Rainbow Chard| Godiva Chocolate Jus
  • 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Notes | Sourced From The Russian River Valley In California, This Has Spent 2 Years In French And American Oak Barrels, And An Additional 2 Years In Bottle. Heavy Notes Of Cassis And Blackberries, Followed With Nice Spice, Licorice, Basil, Then Dark Chocolate And Black Fruit On The Finish.

  • SALTED CARAMEL FLAN <em>Spiced Apple Chutney| Candied Pecan| Vanilla Tuile
  • 2015 Insider Winter Harvest Tasting Notes | Made With Apples Sourced From Mercier Orchards From Blue Ridge Georgia, This Is A Bottle Conditioned Sparkling Apple Wine. Fresh And Crisp, It Has Notes Of Pear And Soft Apple.
